Tocco is an organic family farm in Alanno, in the Pescara hills. Enisio is joined by his sons Lorenzo and Danilo, as well as his nephew Sebastiano.
Pecorino is an old central Italian grape that was on the verge of extinction not that long ago, but has since thrived. There's sadly a lot of drab Pecorino out there now, but the best are from lower-yielding vineyard and full of flavour. These grapes are organically farmed on pergola vines and the wine made in stainless steel tanks. It is bright in colour, intense in aroma with flowers and tropical fruit, then full-bodied to taste, as any top Pecorino ought to be.
