This is the fourth of a series of one-off variants of legendary Manchester brewers Cloudwater's DDH Pale showcasing new techniques and recipes.
Double dry-hopped is sometimes a confusing term, but here goes our explanation. Dry hopping is simple enough: this is when you add the hops after the wort has boiled, when it is cold, meaning a hoppy hit without the bitterness. And usually double dry-hopped means that's done twice (like here), but can mean other things too (check out this Vinepair article for more insight).
All in all, this is a limited-release, refreshing and refined pale ale from one of the greatest breweries in the world!
