Made in the very traditional Veneto fashion known as Col Fondo, a gentle frizzante style, and bottled unfiltered, which means it is a bit cloudy.
The flavours are sublime, just about the most refreshing thing you'll come across, so dry, mineral, and thirst-quenching, with aromas of freshly baked bread crusts, summer flowers, some apples, subtle citrus and a dry, long finish. And it comes under a beer-bottle crown cap. A terrifically different drink by independently owned Prosecco producers, Ca' di Rajo.
